Team role that best fits me

I think that I am a coordinator. An example of is when doing the poster, I was making sure that everyone is my group are doing something, a bit like a shaper, but a nicer one(according to Ryan :P)

One problem is that shapers are like the opposite of coordinator. Coordinators ask for advices, while shapers just shout! I can't set my own deadlines! I need to set my own deadline-my goal!

Peer assessment part 4!

Peer Assessment by Josh

Reflection & self evaluation:
a. What have you learnt from the peer assessment?  How can you use this to develop your own learning?
I had learn that I could have put more empathy in my work from Josh's comment. Empathy is one of the important key in  Humanities, without it, it will be quite difficult to understand the task we are doing.
b.  What new targets do you need to set yourself?
If I can do this again, I would use Fakewall, like how Josh used because I found it quite useful. It also show lots of empathy, like Facebook.
